Luke. Among the four Gospels only Luke 22:19 has the words "Do this in remembrance of me." Mark and Matthew give the bread and the cup without that line. The supper in John has no words said over bread and cup at all. The line does appear outside the Gospels, in Paul's letter to Corinth (1 Corinthians 11:24-25).
Why it’s interesting
The supper in Luke is also the only one with a cup before the bread as well as after it. Mark has a remembrance line of its own, earlier in the same chapter as its supper. It is said about the woman who pours ointment on Jesus at Bethany: "what she has done will be told in remembrance of her."
