Agree. In Luke, the risen Jesus walks the Emmaus road, about seven miles from Jerusalem, stands among the disciples in the city that evening, and tells them to stay there (Luke 24:13-49). The New Oxford Annotated Bible, a study Bible, says in its note on Acts 1:4 that Luke has appearances only in Jerusalem, not in Galilee. The scholar Raymond Brown notes that Luke, like John, keeps his three appearance scenes around Jerusalem.
The scholar John Barton points out another detail Luke and John share: both include the miraculous catch of fish, an early scene in Luke but a resurrection appearance in John 21:1-14. Whether John borrowed this from the other Gospels is disputed and probably unanswerable, Barton says. He adds that it's thinkable Luke borrowed from John instead.
