Josiah. 2 Kings 23:10 says he "defiled Topheth, which is in the valley of Ben-hinnom, so that no one would make a son or a daughter pass through fire as an offering to Molech."
Why it’s interesting
Ahaz and Manasseh, earlier kings, are the ones Chronicles says made their sons pass through fire in this valley (2 Chronicles 28:3; 2 Chronicles 33:6). Molech is a god whose identity is uncertain, linked in the Bible with child sacrifice.
