The answer
A wife should not separate from her husband. "To the married I give this command—not I but the Lord—that the wife should not separate from her husband" (1 Corinthians 7:10). The husband should not divorce his wife either (1 Corinthians 7:11).
Why it’s interesting
Paul gives one more rule as the Lord's command: those who preach should get their living by it (1 Corinthians 9:14). He also hands on Jesus's words at the last supper, which he says he received from the Lord (1 Corinthians 11:23-25).
