Why it’s interesting
1 Samuel 17 gives Goliath to David; a later chapter gives him to Elhanan; Chronicles smooths it to Goliath's brother. Some older English Bibles quietly insert "the brother of" into 2 Samuel to match. The verses themselves don't agree on who did it.
