Not in the Bible. Acts says a light from heaven flashed around him and "he fell to the ground" — and how he was traveling is never said, in Acts 9, 22, or 26.
Why it’s interesting
The horse rode in through art — most famously Caravaggio's painting of the fallen rider under his mount. The image was vivid enough to climb back into the story as people remember it. The text needs only the light, the voice, and the fall.
