The answer

Some fifty-seven times. Besides the churches, seals, trumpets and bowls, there are seven spirits, lampstands and stars, and the Lamb has seven horns and seven eyes (Revelation 5:6).

Why it’s interesting

Seven was a number of completeness, like the seven days of creation. Six falls one short of it, which is one way readers have heard the beast's number, six hundred sixty-six (Revelation 13:18).
