Daniel 7. In Daniel's vision, "The court sat in judgment, and the books were opened" (Daniel 7:10). Revelation's judgment scene repeats the picture and adds "another book," "the book of life" (Revelation 20:12).
Why it’s interesting
Daniel's throne scene turns up all through Revelation. His Ancient One has hair "like pure wool" (Daniel 7:9), and Revelation's Son of Man has hair "white as white wool" (Revelation 1:14).
