The answer
616. A papyrus from about 300 AD, one of the oldest copies of Revelation, reads 616, and so does another early manuscript, known to scholars as C. The NRSVue notes the other reading in a footnote at Revelation 13:18.
Why it’s interesting
Spelled in Hebrew letters, "Caesar Neron" adds up to 666. Leave off the final n, a letter worth fifty, and it adds up to 616, so both numbers fit the same name.
