Mark 10:46 names one man, Bartimaeus, healed as Jesus leaves Jericho. Matthew 20:29-30 has two blind men, also as Jesus leaves. Luke 18:35 has one man, but 'as he drew near to Jericho' — on the way in.
Why it’s interesting
Same road, same mercy, told with one man or two, on the way into town or out of it. It's a compact illustration of how each Gospel keeps the encounter's heart while framing its details its own way.
