Disagree. Q (from German Quelle, "source") is a reconstruction to explain the roughly 230 verses Matthew and Luke share but Mark lacks. No copy has ever been found, and a serious minority — following the Farrer hypothesis — argue Luke simply used Matthew, so no Q is needed.
Why it’s interesting
Q is one of the most influential documents that may never have existed. Whole books reconstruct its wording; other scholars think it solves a problem that has a simpler answer.
